WHAT WE DO (AND DON'T)
We don't issue appraisals.
We're not a certified appraisal firm and we're not brokers. If you need a formal appraisal — for a buyout, a lender, a court, or the IRS — we'll point you to a credentialed appraiser. What we do is the work in front of the number: read your business the way a buyer will, reduce how much depends on you, clean up the books, and build true, transferable cashflow — early enough that it moves the price a real buyer pays.
Advisor-led, delivered by a SweetSpot consultant under Daniel's direction — operators who've bought and sold companies for themselves and for other buyer and seller groups. That hands-on deal and operating experience is exactly how we help you find your true, transferable cashflow and build it up before you ever sit across from a buyer — or need a number to hold up.
If you're even thinking about a sale, the free self-diagnostic and the sale readiness path are the place to begin.
An appraisal certifies a number for a moment and a purpose. The work that raises the number a buyer will actually pay — reducing owner-dependence and building transferable cashflow — is a longer arc, and it's exactly the work SweetSpot helps owners do.
A description of the work, not a reported client result. SweetSpot publishes no client names or outcomes.
