Email Outreach Policy

SweetSpot Business Advisors is a Houston, Texas advisory firm run by former owner-operators. We sometimes email owners of Texas businesses to introduce ourselves. This policy governs every email we send, from any of our domains (sweetspotba.com, fromsweetspotba.com, getsweetspotba.com, trysweetspotba.com).

What we do

We email only business owners and senior decision-makers, at their business addresses, about matters relevant to running their business.
Each address is individually checked for deliverability before we send.
We send at low volume, from real, monitored mailboxes, and we read every reply.
Every email identifies SweetSpot Business Advisors and includes our postal address: 1334 Brittmoore Rd, Houston, TX 77043.
Every email includes a simple way to opt out. Reply "no," or use the unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently, across all of our domains.

What we never do

We never use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists of the kind sold for bulk mailing.
We never send bulk or mass email blasts.
We never let affiliates or third parties send email advertising sweetspotba.com, and we prohibit anyone from advertising our website or services through unsolicited bulk email.
We never disguise who we are or use misleading subject lines.
